Is FICO scores only for Equifax? Im all confused.?*

Truecredit (which is not fico) has my equifax score 60 points lower than Equifax's own website (which is a FICO score). Does FICO only refer to equifax? When I go to Experian and Transunions site they had Plus and some other kind of score. So when people say that you FICO score is checked mostly, does that mean that they are mostly only checking Equifax? Or is there a FICO score for all 3 bureaus?
