How can I reach a Human at Equifax, all I need for a student loan is to add my telephone number to my credit r

I am trying to get a Salliemae student loan, Salliemae needs my telephone number added toi my Equifax credit report, I have tried nine numbers to reach someone and order4ed a credit report, although Salliemae needs this within a week.
