how safe is it to disclose credit card info online?



Answers:

1) not very safe, but you should trust sites that have a lock on them (secure sites; at the bottom) [they usually start with 'https://'] these siteshave an added layer to prevent hacking

2) It is not at all safe. You must know how genuine the site is before entering ur Credit card info. There are a lot of fake sites which save your info and use it for e-shopping without ur knowledge.. So the bottom line is.. use ur card only if it is inevitable.. and use it only on trusted sites...

3) Well to start, no site is totally safe, I don't care what they say, any site can be hacked. I have been using credit cards online for years with no problems. But that's not to say it won't happen. I really don't think you will have any problems just use some caution.
