Question:
Which identity guard program is better, Identity Guard or Life Lock?
I'm just an average Joe, who has had to deal with identity theft in the past and is looking for a way to defend myself thoroughly.
Answers:
1) I would trust lifelock more. They have been available since 1999 and the other one since 2002. Although both are good, I would go with lifelock.
2) I would read lilfelocks membership agreement very well before signing up. They have a few lawsuits against them at the moment for a few things. Personally if your looking for protection I would find somethign that covers you in all five areas of identity theft. Since only 26% of all identity thefts reported have anything to do with financial. Plus they will just put a hold on your credit which does no good really, and there is no way you can stop identity theft like they claim.
3) None I would go with Kroll
