How can I improve my chances to get a return call from a client via Lendingtree.com leaving a message?*

I work for a lending institution that specializes in sub prime lending. I leave about 40-50 voice messages on customers answering machines but often get no response. How can I attract customers and have them respond quicker as well as make my messages more effective?


Answers:

1) I hate lendingtree because I would always get calls when I asked for email contact - very annoying. Personally what would get me to call would be to say "please call me back so I can help you discuss your options or so I can remove you from my calling list if we aren't the right company for you." That last bit would get me to call and then you could sucker me in with your good sales pitch.

2) Lendingtree.com has an in-house lending division called HLC. They call on the leads within the first 5 minutes of the customer hitting the submit button on their computer. Good luck on closing deals with their leads.
