Question:

Where have LowerMyBills LendingTree and RealEstate gone?

The sites lowermybills.com , lendingtree.com and realestate.com seem to have vanished off the face of the Earth. I read somewhere that Lending Tree was in a court case but that is all I know...

Answers:

1) I think that they are still out there just on a smaller scale. I used to get an email a day from one of these companies, now its down to about one a week. Thats a good thing.

2) Well, they're all still there when you key them in, anyway.

3) I can not find the sites either! I live in Australia and they seem to be blocked!

4) LendingTree and Bankrate.com are both being sued for using bait-and-switch tactics. LendingTree, for example, advertises that "when banks compete you win." However, many leads are sent directly to it's wholly owned direct lending division, Home Loan Center. LowerMyBills is having similar issues.
