Has anyone recieved a lendingtree mortgage loan, and were you happy with the outcome?*

i would also like to know how many times they pulled your credit report. thanks

Answers:

1) Yes and enough. I don't remember how many times they pulled my credit report but I think it would be the financial institution(s) that would pull your report to see what kind of loan/rate you would qualify for. I only had 3 options. I think 2 pulled out.

2) I wanted to refi with them, but the rates were ridiculous. They pulled at least 3 times even thoughI had a recent report.

3) About a year ago, my brother recently used lendingtree. Their fees were high and so were their interest rates. They got him for 9.5% and almost $8000 in fees. They pulled his bureau 3 times. He refied last week with an acquaintance of mine for 6% interest rate and $3500 in fees. They should only pull your bureau twice. With the initial application and a week before closing, only to make sure nothing has changed. Shop around.

4) i used to work there....they normally pull it once...and another time if the credit report is more than 90days. when they sell the loan to the lender....the new lender repulls your credit. fees are okay.....but the rates are high
