I received one phone call from this company, didn't even know who they were, let alone I never took out a loan with them. When I called Ms. Whoever back she was rude and wanted my social. I refsued and said there must be some mistake as I have not taken a loan out with her company. She said "fine, check your credit report in 5-7 days, it will be on there" WHAT!!!??? Who are these people!- Heather, SELECT

I took out a $300 loan from PayCheckToday back in June. To date I have repaid over $850. When I attempted to discuss the matter with a CSR there, I was treated like dirt, and they tell me I still owe them over $100. I tried to discuss the fact that I had agreeded to 3 payments automatically out of my checking account and then it would be paid in full. He started yelling at me, telling me I did not listen to the CSR, he knows I was told how to go online and take care of my account, and on and on. He went on for at least 5 minutes. Now they have turned my account over to a collection agency because I have defaulted on my loan by putting a stop payment on my account aganist them. I think $850 for a $300 loan should be sufficient. He was absolutely the most unprofessional, rude CSR I have ever encountered with any company. Whatever you do, make sure if you go to PaycheckToday, get the website information and make you payments yourself. I was never told any of that, and look what happened to me.- Gina, Alabama
