USA Credit took money out of my account?*

My question is can they get away with this. I didn't order anything. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Buearu and the Federal Trades Comisson. I've also filed a claim with my bank and it's gonna take 3-5 business days for my bank to get back is there anything else I can do to get my $149.95 back. I'm over drawn and that money was sussposed to last me all the way until I moved to Rchester,NY. I get payed only once a month and I'm disabled. I've already filed a complaint with www.ripoffreport.com so what else can I do. I am gonna close my account as soon as the money comes back and it's Wells Fargo Bank that I bank with. And I did not sign up of anything there 878 people with the same problem as me that has crossed paths with USA Credit on www.ripoffreport.com

1) It's not just you i do not even know who or what usa credit is or about. They have also taken money out of my account ive went to the bank many many times and signed paper work and they keep trying to take money from my account. of course my bank reversed my fees but every week or every other week they try again and it still charges my account. and im tired of doing paper work. the only answer i can come up with is to close out my account and open another to stop them.
