Is Bopo debit card safe to use?*

I really want to get a bopo debit card but the only way for me to get it is online and you have to put your driver’s license number on it. My mum doesn't like the idea of putting her driver’s license on the internet so can anyone tell me who has a bopo card that It safe to use and nothing will happen! P.S I know that it has alot of fees and i plan on using this card once in a while
