Who is "Austin Potter Loans". Is he a legit bad credit loan company? He posts answers on here all the time.*

1) Any 'loan company' that posts on YA is a scam. Just look at Mr. Richards' answer here. They'll want you to put up some cash for 'collatoral' or 'deposit'. You'll never see the loan or the upfront cash again. And no legit loan office is going to use a free e-mail service.
2) Listen to Celeste, there are many who post offers to loan money to help. check their profile, many are new members, they keep doing it, then once they get violated enough and kicked out, they reappear under another name. Don't trust any offers, after all, a legitimate company does not need to solicit on yahoo answers.
3) Agree with above posts. Most of the individuals that promise to lend you money are running some kind of scam. Never send money to someone who is lending you money. Why would you give money to someone you are borrowing from? Makes sense right. 4) I agree with the others. Legitimate lenders using a forum like this to drum up business are most likely: 1. Not legitimate, and; 2. Running from federal trade regulators. Avoid him like the plague! Ditto any collections agency that uses a Post Office Box. You can literally set up a "worldwide collection agency" that uses your laundry room as its base of operations.
