Question:
I would like to enquire whether a person who has unsettled credit card bill in Uk would be allowed entry in UK
I would like to enquire whether a person who has unsettled credit card bill in Uk would be allowed entry in UK. Is there a report in the immigration on this unsettled creditcard. Will he be denied entry upon arriving in Uk should the immigration found out that he has unsettled creditcard debt for the last 6 years. Thank you.
Answers:
1) don't you think the uk has enough poplulation ! i suggest if your engilsh (proper) you should know that (fully)
2) i dont think so, i have a friend that comes and goes. but she does not reside here so when she goes she goes.
3) dont worry about that mate they let anyone in this country now
4) i hope they get arested upon entry. scamming makes us pay more in charges
5) No there is no link up between Immigration and the credit card companies. So you are free t come and go as you please.
6) If there is a legal judgment against you for the unpaid bills, it will show up on records. And if you have been charged with fraud or other felony for not paying, it will definitely show up. Pay off the bills. If you are a UK citizen, you can't be denied entry, but you can be arrested on entry if there are any charges against you. If you are not a UK citizen, you'll do your time in jail/gaol before you are deported and permanently banned.
7) It looks like a non easy cracking nut, looking arount here, you may find something useful for you.http://creditreport.online-helper.info/free-copy-of-credit-report.html
