will the underwriter approve fha loan?

I have a solid job and income history 4 years same employer. but i do also have a 4 year old bankruptcy and stretch of slow pays (5 months) 2 years after bankruptcy due to assisting my family after hurricane katrina. Recent slow pays (2 months ago) following a medical emergency with my baby. I know it is a stretch, but I got an automated approval will the underwriter approve my loan?
