Car loan approval question with recently-opened credit?*

I ordered a new car last night, and after my trade-in, will have about $7800 left to finance. I'm concerned about whether my auto loan will be approved because I've opened a few other credit accounts recently as a result of some household "surprises". My credit score was 702 when I checked about a month ago, so I'm not worried about that, but I am worried about whether I'll be denied due to the other recently accounts I've had to open. Thoughts?
