How do you get a credit card through Paypal. Do they check credit?*

1) Let's see: a credit card issuer who won't check the credit worthiness of applicants? I don't think so.
2) I think you have miss-read somewhere. You give Paypal your Credit Card number to pay for items not the other way around

4) PayPal does issue credit cards. I got a $X,XXX Paypal Mastercard in my pocket as we speak. They do check your credit even if you get a instant online approval. If you want a credit card that doesn't check your credit and give good limits, go to Crown Jewelers. For this to help you, you have to buy something (how about their $30 silver ring) and pay the bill on time. In the case of buying a $30 ring, you should just pay the entire bill. When you pay your bill DO NOT PAY IT WITH ANOTHER CREDIT CARD. PAY WITH PAYPAL ONLY, UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE BUYING PLANE TICKETS TO NIGERIA ON YOUR OTHER CREDIT CARD. A month or so after paying your bill, your new Crown Jewelers card will report to Transunion and Experian.
