I need help writing a letter?

I need help writing a letter to let someone know that we can no longer except checks from them due to excessive returned checks.

Answers:

1) Dear Person, We regret to inform you that we are no longer able to accept personal checks as a form of payment on your account. Please remit any further payments in the form of money orders (or bank/cashier's checks). Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Sincerely, Your company name

2) No need to write a long winded letter, simply state: Effective immediately, we can only accept the following forms of payment for your account: money orders, cashier's checks, credit or debit card payments. We can no longer accept personal checks.

3) Feel free to edit any little bits here & there, but it should probably go something like: Dear Deadbeat, Since you are clueless as to how a checking account works and dont understand simple addition & subtraction, dont bother giving us checks any more. You cause our accounting department nightmares with all the rubber you are passing out. So until you comprehend the basics of not writing more than what you have in your bank, give a money order, cash, Visa, Mastercard, or cashiers check since we know they can add. Thanks! LOL!!
