Stamps.com problems??!?

I signed up with stamps.com to get a free software from a company. Stamps.com was a free offer .. all i had to do was give them my debit card number to prove i was 18. I did. After I got the software, I tried working with it. It didn't work. I was like **** it. and let everything ago. i started receiving letters from stamps.com and i just trashed it along with alot of my other my junk mail. one day i finally opened it. three months has passed now. I owe them 90 dollars... i was pissed. i called and spoke with the representative.. he said he will take care of it.. i asked him what he meant. He said he will take care of the bill... i was happy... a day later i get another mail. in my email account. it said. "the account is closed please pay 98 dollars" ..... i am like wtf man ... what do i do... i called up bank and told them what happened all they are saying si that "if they charge the account then they can dispute this" what do i do..... i know even if i cancel the debit card they will still put this up to collection agency ... i sent them an email (stamps.com) two weeks ago. NO REPLY at ALL. I dont know what to do. I still owe them 98 dollars. the bank operator told me" if the company charges then they can dispute it" otherwise they would not. what should i do. i really need help. The last time i asked this Q . alot of people kepts telling me "tell the bank" ... "if they decide this in your favor then nothing will hapen" The bank is not doing **** ... they are not helping me
