Australian credit card with no international conversion fees?*

Spending a lot of money on the internet and buying goods in US Dollars... Everytime I do so though I get charged an international transaction fee. It's really starting to add up. Know any cards that do not do this? Or at least don't charge as much?

Answers:

1) I don't know of any. Try calling the card company or some card companies and asking if they do charge.

2) I'm not sure. That's actually a really interesting question. I'm not sure if any cards would include a feature that charges local transaction fees when purchasing items from overseas. A good resource that may be able to help you is http://www.creditcards.com.au. They have so much information on Australian credit cards that it's not funny.
