what i need for a home loan?

1) Do you mean what do you need to bring with you to the bank to get a home loan? You will need: Your W-2's Last 1-2 months of pay stubs Most recent bank statements You'll need to know your SSN Have a government issued picture ID (driver's license/passport)
2) A couple of good answers there!!!!!!!!!!!! A good job!(Stable one for awhile) the printout of the tax and property value of the home as well.( updated because of the housing drop) your income taxes for the last couple of years to verify a stable income. at least 2 forms of ID as well.... also a good knowledge base as to what % you are willing to pay... a fixed rate or do you want a ballon??? be sure their are no penilties for earliy payments as well!!!
