Answers:
1) Paypal is a website that you use to pay people on ebay for your winning bid on their auction. You can add a bank account information and credit cards for payment methods.
2) it is a website to pay people online and it is totally safe cause i have one. so go to paypal .com and create an account . u have to enter in these two numbers when they ask u after u put in all your bank accont info, but the two numbers u enter somenthing under 1.00 like .27 and .34 for instence and then three days later they will ask u those two numbers, like what were they and u enter them in and it should work. but usually on ebay u have like 10 days to pay so u will be fine so go try it and it should work
3) Paypal is the Ebay paying service. It takes a checking account or a VISA account and a VERIFIED shipping address so they can be sure you are who you say you are. Your credit card information or checking account information MUST match your shipping address. I have all of my accounts sent to a PO box, NOT my home address. I had GREAT difficulty getting my address verified. Paypal will charge your account (VISA or checking) with a small charge to verify the account information and then reverse the charge, so you lose nothing. The act of verifying the account information is proof your account information is accurate. Then, you face the problem with a verified shipping address. Paypal will send a letter with a link to verify the shipping address to make it a valid address for shipping. After I had my home address verified, I then changed it to ADD a 2nd address, my PO Box. 2 days is really short on time. There is just not enough time to verify the addresses according to their procedures to prevent fraud.
4) There is a link in the ebay site to sign up for paypal. You enter your information along with a credit card or debit card number and your account is ready to go as soon as all information is entered. I've bought on ebay using paypal to pay for years.
