Problems with collection agency?*

I have had several problems with a collection agency the person who is in charge of my account sent my payments to someone elses account and then I was reported to the credit bureau. Another one of my accounts with them I told her to take out payment and she said that she made a "mistake" and that the payment would go through. I called everyday asking why the payment didnt go through. She then called back and said it was a mistake on her part and the payment was immediately taken out. I tried paying before this account was reported but because of her fault I was reported to the Experian. I have one more account with this agency and even though I have made payments I have been reported. I guess I have 3 questions in 1. (1) I disputed the first mistake with experian but they did not believe me should I dispute until it is removed collection agency will not back up my story because they are at fault (2) Should I dispute the second account due to her lack of not taking out the payment. 3) Since I owe about 300 left on the last account should I write a pay to delete letter before making the final payment because it is kind of hopeless with these people now. I did not know I was reported until 3 days ago.
