I have been paying all of the little things on my credit report. I almost have them all paid. There is nothing really big except a repo and it is 4 years old. After I get all these things paid how soon will my score go up? I need to go from a 556 to over a 600? One of the credit bureaus doesn't even have two of my good accounts. What should I do there?

Answers:

1) First of all try and get everything as current and accurate as possible at the credit bureau. Your score will go up slowly but surely, everyone is different. Provide the bureau with your 2 good accounts, this will automatically improve your score with them because of good history. If you don't already have one, get a secured credit card and keep it in tip top shape...this will help you build clean history..use carefully and sparingly. You should be in the 600+ club in 6-12 months.

2) Anjell gave you super advice, follow it to the T, try to get some of those negatives off of your report, keep your credit buying down to 30% of your credit card limit. And yes you will well on your way to good credit, hopefully never to return to bad credit again. Good Luck !!!!
