When will the US ever be able to pay its debt of $9 trillion to the rest of the world?*

1) nope, cuz we keep truna go to war with people over what? oil. People may be rich, but the world will never be rich in oil.

3) its more benificial for other countries to keep us in debt, they end up making more money off the interest alone. thats why they dont call in americas debt. its as simple as credit card debt, you make payments and payments and only a portion actually goes to pay down the principal and a huge portion goes to the interest. china knows what their doing!!
4) Yes as soon as the rest of the world pays their 15 trillion owed to the US
