i want to collect my cousin credit card from the bank n her absence so, pls help me to write authorization let*

1) You need to give more details for this question. I'm guessing that this is a joint-co-signed account in some way and that there are problems? If this is not a joint account with your name on it, you have no right to do anything with her card...
2) I assume you would need a POWER OF ATTORNEY(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_of_attorney), in order to do anything like that, hence she would have already had to of signed it and since she didn't its most likely not possible. In order to get one u need a witness who would have to be a notarie usually the bank has a few of them present....
