Credit reporting agency refuses to investigate further?*
I disputed several items appearing on my credit report with Experian. I used their online dispute process. It came back that they verified the debt. When I tried to dispute it again, they indicated they will not dispute it again online and to send them a letter. Is this legal? I thought they had re-investigate every single time you dispute something according the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
