Answers:
1) it is possible if he says you knew and took the merchandise knowing it was bought with a stolen card..u can be an accessory
2) No, if you return the items and be truthful with the police....... Hopefully.
3) maybe, i got arrested when my friends stole things and i wasn't even part of it
4) The lesson here is to choose your friends wisely. Apparently, you didn't. People will drag you down with them. Your best defense is to avoid people like that. Part 2: Look, you were part of the crime -- at least you were there with the perpetrator when it happened. You could well be brought in for questioning. I don’t think you will necessarily be charged, but you did receive things that were bought with a stolen credit card. How much he/she spent will be a determining factor on how serious the crime is. I hate thieves. Hate them. They ‘f’ up a lot of good things about the world…and prey on hard-working people who earn their own way. I hope they throw the book at your stupid friend. As for you, I don’t know what to think, but if you knew, you deserve to go down too.
5) you need to be upfront about it. Even if it means ruining the friendship you had with that person, it will keep you out of trouble. If you dont come forward it will make it worse!
