What are the guidelines for statute of limitations for credit card debt in nebraska ?*
This debt was involved in a ch.13 bankrupycy that was dismissed 8/05.The last payment they received was 1/04, so Iam confused when the time started, and it appears the statute of limitations is 4 years in Nebraska from whichever starting date is correct. Anyone know which date it is for sure to when the time actually started on this debt ?
