Debit card question please help?*
I was wondering if i could use my card if it had no money on it? Is it fraud to do so? trying to avoid fraud lol. thanks.
Answers:
1) Lol no Fraud. you just might have to pay overdraft fee plus intrest the longer you dont pay it back.
2) if it had no money in it, it wont get accepted
3) No it's mot fraud, You can most certainly use your debit card....but understand that most major banks charge an overdraft fee...Mine is Bank of American and it's a freaking $30 dollar fine even if you only go over by one penny...so you better be buying something expensive, not just a soda lol...Next, my US bank account has over draft protection which is really dangerous...B/c I overdrafted one time and it gave me a credit line of $100 that I didn't know about till about 2 months after when I got phone calls saying I owed like $150 ... But it helped me atleast figure out where all that money in my account came from...It's not fraud or illegal to overdraft with a Debit Card just get ready for expensive over draft "protection"
4) IT just wont work and you might be embarrassed
5) No..it wont go through.
