Why doesnt my pin go thru?*

i open an account with wescom credit union. i called the number to activate my card right, and now i was trying to register online to check my account but it says i have a incorrect pin and im 100% sure thats my pin what should i do? or is it that i have to go to the bank and have them activate my card? i called the number and my card is activated so i dont understand??
