Can someone please help! Does anyone know where I can get a $15,000.00 personal loan. I have terrible credit.?*

I am in desperate need of a $15,000.00 personal loan, the only thing holding me back is my terrible credit. As the story goes, My partner and I had been together almost 11 years, but were never legally married. We have two young sons together and have been living in our house for over 4 years. The mortgage and deed are in his name only. He unexpectedly passed away on October 29th, 2009 at the age of 27. Because my name isn't on anything and we were never legally married, I have no rights to the property. The bank has begun foreclosure proceedings. Ultimately I want to keep this house. It is our home, the only one my kids have ever known. There is more of an emotional attachment more than anything. I have to be prepared to buy this house back at auction, but my poor credit is preventing me from getting approved for a mortgage. The sale date is set for April 30, 2010. I currently have a judgement on my credit due to a personal loan I fought to pay due to the outrageous rate. I need to stop fighting them at this point and just pay up in order to get it off my credit so that I can get pre-approved. If anyone has any suggestions or advice I would greatly appreciate it!
