Money back from a fraud? Paid with Paypal?*
My friend bought something from a website back in November 2009 and still hasnt gotten it in the mail.
Will paypal give her money back or has it been too long?
She spent around $60.00
The transaction WASNT through ebay or anything... just some scammers webstore.
Answers:
1) why did you wait so long? its too late to dispute it now.
2) It's too late to file a dispute with Paypal, but if your friend paid with a credit card, she can check with the company to see if she qualifies for a charge back.
