Paypal Money question?*
So I am going to receive a paypal gift certificate for around 50 dollars. My account is unverified and there is no credit card yet. Can I still receive the transfer and it count as my paypal account balance? Also can I buy things of of ebay if the seller allow unverified accounts?

1) Yes. If your account is unverified, you can still use it. The funds will come from your checking account if you have no money in your Paypal account.
2) The answer to your questions are Yes. As long as you have funds in the PayPal Account you can spend with anybody.
